About Johanna Pavlogianis
Johanna Pavlogianis, MA, LMFT, AT-R is the Owner of Healing Hues Art Therapy. She is dedicated to serving adult children of immigrants and their struggles with balancing between two cultural worlds. She understands the unique challenges of navigating cultural identity, family expectations, parenting, and intergenerational experiences. Her mission is to provide culturally-sensitive, trauma-informed, and compassionate mental health care that honors your background while supporting your personal growth and healing.
She specializes in treating anxiety, generational trauma, parenting as a first-generation American, and major life transitions. As a Registered Art Therapist, Johanna is able to provide space to allow art to facilitate the expression of emotions when we cannot find the words. Her goal is to create a safe, affirming space for you to process emotions, build resilience, and discover your authentic self. She offers virtual sessions and flexible sliding scale pricing to ensure that quality mental health care is accessible to everyone, regardless of financial circumstances.
